  • Audio Plays: Tracked (`media_logs` table) to understand content popularity (e.g., sermons, devotionals).
Voluntary Identity Data (Forms)

Data provided through forms (Contact, Free Bible Request, App Data Removal) is collected to fulfill your direct request.

  • Forms Logged to MySQL: Name, Email, IP Address, Subject/Message, Bible Color/Pickup Time.
  • Contact Forms: When a form is submitted, the contents are saved to our database and simultaneously emailed to the site administrator for immediate follow-up.

3. Mobile Applications & Data Removal

Our apps (MyOBBC, Great Hymns, etc.) collect minimal data, primarily for login and personalized features (e.g., notes, lists). We provide a guaranteed mechanism for data deletion.

We do not share your details with any third parties for advertising or profiling. Data is shared only for operational necessity:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Used to validate human users on forms (collects browser interaction data).
  • PHPMailer: Used to deliver form contents (name, email, message) securely to ministry staff and send confirmation emails to you.
  • Stripe: All online giving transactions are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not process or store any credit card information.
  • Embedded Content: Embedded content (e.g., YouTube videos) may collect data if you are logged into that external service.
